Strategy
Strategy in this context refers to which invasive plants should be prioritized for eradication, which sites should be targeted and what times of year are optimal for targeting different plant species. It also refers to other aspects of a general plan, such as whether tree or ground ivy should be prioritized.
Strategy should be set in a deliberate way, preferably based on a quantitative model and rigorously vetted empirical evidence. We don’t claim to have such a quantitative model developed yet, although we have looked to the peer-reviewed literature on invasive plants extensively for guidance.
